How do I order a dumpster?
You can easily rent a dumpster by calling us. Our friendly customer service will have
your order set in under 5 minutes.
What does the quoted rate include?
Includes: Delivery, pickup, disposal (up to the weight included with the size chosen),
taxes and all other fees. In other words our price is a flat rate.
*****Does not include: when disposal weight is beyond the included tonnage, when prohibited items are found inside the dumpster, when we cannot pickup the dumpster because it is overloaded or blocked, and when extra days are needed beyond the original rental date.****
How long are your rental periods?
We have a standard 7-day rental option. You can also extend your rental period for as
low as $7 per day. Longer term options are available for Businesses and Commercial customers. Call our
customer service to discuss options.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Cash App.
How high can I load the dumpster?
We have decals stating “Maximum Fill Level” at the top of the dumpster. There is a DOT regulation that prohibits us from transporting a dumpster that has been
overloaded. This regulation is in place to protect other drivers and pedestrians from
debris falling out and potentially causing injuries or worse.
What happens if prohibited items are found?
If prohibited items are found additional fees will apply.
What is the “Tonnage” limit?
The maximum weight allowed in one of our dumpsters is 7 tons or 14,000 lbs. If you exceed this weight limit, we will not be able to pickup the dumpster until weight is removed. A trip charge and extra rental day charges may apply.
Is 24/7 emergency service available?
Yes, service after standard operating hours is available. Additional charges will apply.
Are there any specific rental terms for contractors?
Yes, rental terms for contractors are flexible and can be tailored to specific needs and time periods.
Are there any special rates for contractors?
It depends, if you frequently use dumpsters, we may be able to offer a discounted program.
Do I need to be present during my dumpster delivery?
No, as long as you’ve given us clear direction on placement you do not need to be present.
